Well-stocked wine cellar with weekly tastings

White, red, rosé or sparkling wines: Fine wines from South Tyrol, Italy and the world are stored in the stylish cellar of the Boutique Hotel Planlim.

Up to 8 people can make themselves comfortable around the rustic table in the cosy ambience of the hotel's own wine cellar and taste the various regional and international wines.
In addition to South Tyrolean classics such as Vernatsch, Lagrein, Pinot Grigio or Gewürztraminer, there are other very special grape varieties from local vineyards on our shelves. Top wines from all over Italy, France, South Africa or Argentina are also available among our wine selection, which is constantly being added to. We look forward to helping you identify and name the special features of each terroir on the nose and palate. Wine lovers can also expand their knowledge about vinification, storage and the perfect food accompaniment. For this, book a wine tasting with our sommelier on Wednesday evenings.
