Wine tastings

Have a seat in our cosy lounge in the wine cellar and taste outstanding wines from South Tyrol and the rest of the world with our sommelier. Learn how the soil and ageing of each wine influences the aromas and sharpen your sensory skills.
At each wine tasting, we will sample and evaluate 1 sparkling wine, 2 white wines and 2 red wines together. This will be accompanied by delicious finger food and a typical South Tyrolean cold cuts platter.

Always on Wednesdays and only on request.
We ask that you book in advance and inform us of the number of participants. If there are more than 8 participants, the tasting will take place in our bar.
Price: €50/75/100 per person (Depending on the price range, the exclusivity of the wines varies)

Cin Cin Planlim

Every Thursday we invite our guests to enjoy our complimentary aperitif at the hotel bar between 18:00 and 19:00. With Aperol Spritz, Hugo, Lillet, Pastis, Campari or a light beer and all kinds of finger food, you can settle in for a relaxing evening.
